RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Apologies, if our artwork did not meet your expectations. We want you to be happy with your order from us.
However, we are a small business. Hence, it would be unviable for us to offer refunds if you change your mind about an order.
We will happily offer an exchange/replacement for a defective/broken article. Kindly contact us within 48 hours via Instagram or whatapp with supporting pictures as a proof of damage. After 48 hours, the return request shall not be entertained. Post approval of the images, the product needs to be sent by the client within 7 days. Shipping cost of the same has to be born by the client.
We will post a fresh replacement within 7 days of the receipt of the defective product. Incase of a refund, it will be issued with 7 days of the receipt of the complain.
Please ensure proper packaging and the product is unused while mailing it back to us. We would not be liable for any further damage occurred during the transit.
Please Note: Kindly make a proper unpackaging video to claim any damage or missing article.
